Before I’ve had my morning coffee, you might find me a bit grouchy. I absolutely love coffee, particularly the delicious 4-shot espresso café mocha my husband whips up for us every single day. June is here and that means summertime!! I am really looking forward to summer and the seasonal change and yes, the fun summer dresses too. I like sunshine and warm weather (not too hot) but summertime in California is beautiful, especially where we live in gorgeous wine country. The vineyards are in full-bloom and lush with grapes and one of my favorite things to see are the manicured rows of vineyards on the rolling hills. Well this is a great segway into my post today as my sweet hubby Gary and I went over to the world famous Korbel winery for our photoshoot and everything was starting to bloom for summer.

I wanted to share some pics with you all from my weekend in wine country. We are so fortunate to live in beautiful wine country California and have really great weather pretty much all year. This past weekend was so lovely, sunny, and cool with a little wind. Hubby and I headed to the quaint towns of Windsor and Healdsburgabout 70 miles North of San Francisco.
I had a completely different outfit planned for this excursion but it didn’t work out well for my curves…. we will save that story for another time and another curvy blog post. I had seen this polka dot top in a magazine and being the lover of polka dots that I am, I had to have it. I was so happy to see the blouse come in plus size as it would need to fit my curves and it is a wrap top so I knew it would fit my bust and I was not disappointed when it arrived. The blouse had such a luxurious feel to it and it was made really well. Usually plus size curvy clothing from department stores are not all that well made and do not usually have a shape so I was pleasantly surprised what fast fashion from Macy’s delivered.
