It seems more and more of us are spending time in the kitchen preparing home cooked meals for the cost and/ health benefits. Chef quality cookbooks are highly sought after as they tend to be extremely detailed so keep your eyes open for early editions of Julia Child as this is very “hot” right now since the movie Julie and Julia premiered. Cookbooks that are first editions and signed will fetch top dollar.
