Making a Vintage Christmas Ornament Holiday Wreath

This year I want to make a Christmas wreath out of vintage Christmas ornaments and vintage holiday decorations. I have been seeing more and more of these vintage Christmas wreaths on a lot of folk’s blogs and in their online shops and I think they are so gorgeous and make great use out flea market finds and vintage Christmas goodies. From what I have been reading, it seems pretty simple as you can either use round Styrofoam or a wire hanger for the wreath base and then get out your trusty hot glue gun and anywhere from 80-120 ornaments and for embellishments adding some vintage bottle brush Christmas trees, tinsel, strings of pearls, vintage rhinestone brooches and even some celluloid Christmas snowmen and deer.  It’s still early enough in the season so this project is definitely on my list. I am one of those people that cannot draw or sew or make anything and even when I draw a stick figure people have to ask what it is –hahahahah so, if I can at least glue things I hope I have a shot. I will post up my progress or mess in the coming weeks so you can see what I made. Hope your all having a great weekend!!
