Easter’s on its way!

Easter and Easter Bunny themed collectibles are really gaining in popularity and though most of the sought after items in today’s market seem to be the Vintage 1950s- 1960s Napco and Lefton figurines, the Old World Rabbits collection from Fitz and Floyd too are more collectible than ever.  If you are looking to start an Easter themed collection or perhaps you already are a collector and look to add pieces each year, the vast types of Easter collectibles are certainly plentiful and they can be antique Easter greeting cards, Rabbit or Bunny themed dinnerware, Easter egg themed dinnerware, Spring themed dinnerware, Bunny and Chicks teacups and saucers, Bunny Rabbit salt and pepper shakers, Easter Egg Salt and Pepper Shakers, Ducks and Chicks Salt and Pepper Shakers, Bunny and Egg Cookie Cutters, Vintage or Antique Easter Baskets, Easter themed Candlestick Holders, Easter themed Jewelry, Easter Bunny Shirts and Sweaters, and Plush Easter Bunnies and Ducks.

Which ever you decide to collect or if you are already a collector then adding to your collection via a couple new additions each year will undoubtedly bring you joy each year as you unpack and set up for the holiday via the pretty little vignettes you create.

Antiquing in Aurora Oregon

We hope you all had a very Merry Christmas! We were fortunate to be able to visit family and friends in Portland, Oregon. The weather was actually really great, not too many rainy days and we even got some snow! My fabulous husband took us out for a Saturday drive to the cutest little town of Aurora, Oregon. It was a gorgeous sunny day and just perfect for a drive. Aurora has a really quaint area with all kinds of turn-of-the-century homes that have been convereted into antique shops and coffee shops. We had a blast visiting house, after house or I should say – shop after shop and my husband was such a terrific sport to join in and he also spotted some super items that we brought back home with us (I will post these soon as I know they are going do great in our eBay and Etsy stores). We found a cool set of vintage 1950’s bowling Nuns; these sets were made by Napcoware and Lefton back in the 50s and they still evoke smiles and fun today!!
