Patriotism and the Spirit of Americana can be traced back to the 1800s when it was part of the daily life of adults and children and their love of the USA. The patriotic items that were made back in the 1800s and early 1900s are extremely collectible today and very rare and hard to find. Items that were made during World Wars I and WWII are also highly sought after and collectibles today include composition dolls, flags, banners, presidential buttons and political memorabilia, portraits of soldiers, antique hand painted postcards, stars and stripes, and red white and blue items to name a few.
We have included some fantastic examples of early Americana and Patriotism to include a composition Betsy Ross Doll wearing a flag dress, and antique early 1900s patriotic cloth faced doll with a patriotic theme, some patriotic dolls that were made during World War II and dressed as a soldier and Uncle Sam and a pair of vintageEnesco salt and pepper shakers featuring Betsy Ross and the Bill of Rights –All these collectibles really evoke the spirit we have as Americans and the love we have for our country.
