These are so adorable! This is a very rare and extremely hard-to-find pair of vintage 1940s Black Americana salt and pepper shakers. Shakers are of a little girl and boy and the boy has a “heart” for her. Little girl is so cute with big eyes and wears a pretty dress with colors of pinks, reds, and greens and has a green and red bow in her hair. Little boy is equally darling with his big eyes and long lashes holding his heart and he wears yellow pants with a green jacket and white shirt. Shakers are holding up a hand so it appears that they are saying “hi”. Shakers measure approx. 5” inches and retain their cork stoppers and are marked “Made In Japan”. These shakers are in near mint condition with NO chips, NO cracks, NO damage at all and they still have a rich glaze. These are truly one-of-a-kind and so hard to come by!
