Salt & Pepper Shakers!
You will love these! These are a cute pair of 1950’s Black Americana pottery salt and pepper shaker kettle clowns. These shakers are shaped like kettles and have yellow lids with wire handles; painted clown faces with big eyes, smiles, and red noses and gold hair. Shakers also are footed with 3 feet. One shaker says ‘Salt’ on top and has 2 holes, the other says ‘Pepper’ and has 3 holes. These shakers retain their original cork stoppers. Shakers measure approx. 3” inches x 4″ inches and retain their original “Japan” label, and are marked “©”. These shakers are truly in remarkable condition with no damage, no chips, cracks, crazing or paint loss! These have been lovingly preserved in a special cabinet over the years and are Perfect for the collector of Black Americana kitchen items!

Vintage Black Americana Cotton Pod Folk Doll
This vintage Black Americana Dinah Doll was made by the Hollander Novelty Co, Pearl River, LA. and she is fashioned from wood as she has a hand painted wooden face with a lot of details- big eyes, big smile and hoops in her ears. She has a wooden body and feet and pipe cleaner like arms. Doll’s most striking feature is perhaps the top of her head as it has a couple enormous REAL cotton pods from the cotton fields on top and she is holding onto it with one of her hands. Doll is dressed in a red dress with blue and white spots and wears an apron that says “BAY ST. LOUIS. MISS”. Dates to the 1950s. Doll measures approx. 9” inches tall and is in superb condition with minimal wear and fading, some spots on her apron, please view photos. Great collector’s item! THIS TERRIFIC SET IS HAND PAINTED & ADORABLE!
You will love these! These are a pair of Original very old and rare HAND PAINTED souvenir Black Americana Memorabilia salt and pepper shakers from MARTIN, TENN. Shakers date to the 1940’s. Both have amazing details in their lovely hand painted faces with big expressive eyes. One is a Mammy and she is wearing a grey dress with apron with red details and kerchief on her hair and holds a gold rolling pin in one hand and other hand rests on her hip and she has a gold “S” on her front. The other shaker is a Pappy/Chef and wears a grey outfit with gold details chef’s hat and holds a gold spoon in one hand and other hand rests in his pocket and he has a gold “P” across his front. Both shakers retain their cork stoppers and measure approx. 4 ½ ” inches. Shakers have a sticker across their fronts that say “SOUVENIR OF MARTIN, TENN.”

CONDITION: Mammy salt and pepper shaker is in terrific condition with NO chips, cracks, or damage. Pappy salt and pepper shaker is in great condition but he has a ding under one of his feet, not noticeable when he is he displayed standing upright and you need to turn him upside down to see it. Does not take away from him. Please look at photos.

Vintage Lefton Jam Jelly Jar Pixie Pixieware
This vintage Lefton apple-head Jam ‘n Jelly jar is so cute! Apple head has red and green coloring with a smiling face, big eyes and long eyelashes. Apple head is the jar’s lid and the spoon is connected to her. The jars bottom has stripes in colors to match the apple head and says Jam ‘n Jelly across the front. Measures approx. 6” inches x 4” inches and is marked with the number 1485 on the bottom. This one is in superb condition with no chips, cracks or damage, dates to the 1950s. VINTAGE BLACK AMERICANA BUTLER PAPPY PAPER TOWEL
This is a very rare and original Paper Towel/Napkin from a bygone era. We have not seen others like it. Paper towel dates to the 1940s. Towel has a depiction of a butler type man saying “Yas suh! “Dis Am a Towel! Image is on one side of towel. Excellent condition. Would make a great addition to a collection. This is an AUTHENTIC Very Rare and Hard to Find red plastic Aunt Jemima Mammy Fosta recipe box that measures 5 1/4″ X 3 5/8″ X 3″. The plastic box has a molded mammy face on the front with hair kerchief. The inside bottom of the box is marked “Fosta Products /Made in U.S.A.” The box is in Excellent vintage good condition with no breaks or cracks and only very slight paint wear on the tip of Mammy’s nose and a small streak on the bottom of box from probably being displayed. PLEASE LOOK AT THE PHOTOS CAREFULLY. Excellent vintage condition! The top of the box is marked “RECIPES”. These recipe boxes were made in the 1950’s and a MUST have for your collection. This is a set of RARE Luzianne Mammy salt & pepper shakers that were obtained from a private collector and they measure 5″ in height. They are in superb condition with NO chips, cracks or repairs. They are made of molded hard plastic and retain their original stoppers. They do have a tiny bit of minor paint wear. They are marked embossed on the bottom “F & F Mold & Die Works // Dayton Ohio” with a Made in U.S.A.” These shakers were originally an advertising premium for Luzianne Coffee, c.1950’s. You will love these! These are a pair of vintage PY Napco Sea Shell salt and pepper shakers that date to the 1950’s. Shakers have vivid colors of greenish browns and a shiny glaze – reminds one of the sea. One shaker has a “P” for pepper and has 3 holes, the other shaker has a “S” for salt and has 2 holes. Both shakers retain their original cork stoppers and are marked “PY” and have their original silver foil Napco labels. Shakers measure approx. 2” tall and 2” inches wide. This is a souvenir salt and pepper shaker set of a pretty nude lady with long blonde hair, blue eyes and large breasts. The breasts on her are the actually shakers and the figure has ‘RENO’ across her tummy. She is in fabulous condition and measures approx. 5” inches long with no chips or cracks. Both shakers retain their original cork stoppers and original foil sticker that says “Empress Made in Japan”. This is a Vintage Josef Originals figurine of a sleeping little baby called “Sleeping Beauty” from the early California collection (1945-1962) and is pictured in the Josef Originals book 2/ page 5. Baby’s face is beautifully detailed and painted – very long eyelashes and a little red mouth. Baby is nude and has a little blue butterfly rimmed in gold sitting on her bottom along with pink and blue flowers on the figurine front. Figurine measures approx. 2 1/4” inches tall x 3 1/2” inches wide and is in Superb condition with no chips, cracks, or damage of any kind, has the very light crazing that is loved on a true vintage piece. She measures approx. 4″ high and is decorated with a turquoise-green colored dress accented with embossed flowers on the front/bottom with gold details. You will love this one! This is a true vintage set here – NOT Reproduction! This salt & pepper set is of a man wearing an orange beret cap with a large watermelon slice. The man’s head has 5 holes and the watermelon slice has 4 holes. Man’s face is so well modeled and painted as there is so much details! Both shakers retain their original cork stoppers and are both marked “Japan”. Man’s head measures approx. 3” inches and the watermelon slice approx. 3” inches. Vintage Black Americana Aunt Jemima Oil Cloth Dolls RARE
These Were Obtained From a Private Collection
Here it is – The set you have been hunting for! This set here is the “Real Deal” that is so rare to come by. This is the only set we’ve ever seen and not more than a couple people that we know of have ever seen a set of these. These are the rare Aunt Jemima Oil Cloth Dolls featuring Aunt Jemima, Uncle Mose, Diana, and Wade.

The Aunt Jemima doll is 12” inches tall and dressed in a red and white-checkered apron dress with a white kerchief. On her head is a yellow bandanna with red crisscross lines. Written on the bottom of her apron is “Aunt Jemima” with registered trademark symbol. She is holding a piping hot plate of pancakes.

The Uncle Mose doll is 13” inches tall and he is wearing a yellow jacket with blue pin stripe pants with a pocket chain attached to a red vest. He’s wearing a blue bow tie and holding a black top hat.

The Little Diana doll is 9” inches tall and she is wearing a yellow dress with red sash and a square patch of fabric on her dress. Underneath her dress she wears red ruffled panties. Her hands are behind her back.

The Wade doll is 9” inches tall. Wade is wearing a red and white striped shirt and holding a yellow lollipop. He has on blue denim short frayed at the ends with a blue square patch on one side. He has on cute red and white striped socks.

These oil cloth dolls are from a private collection and have been lovingly cared for. These dolls are over 50 years old! All dolls are in great condition, there are no holes, stains, rips or tears that we can see. Aunt Jemima doll is sewn together a bit differently on the bottom than the other dolls, has some very light markings on her apron. The dolls are all stuffed with old cotton batting. The dolls are all very clean looking and come from a smoke free and pet free environment. You will be so Happy with these!!
